I have chosen to do the fastest time for a dog to pop 100 balloons.

This dogs is a jack russell named Anastasia it popped the balloons in 44 seconds on 24th of february 2008.

                                         
                                                       
This is good but it is from 2011 It is still good looking back at the old records and the ones that still last.

This is the Greymouth Star. It is our local newspaper.

NZ's Largest dozer on the move.

One of the world's biggest bulldozer is going to the roa mine.

It was to big to go over the bridges so it had to go through five rivers on the way. It weighs a crushing 109 tounes. It has 740 horsepower and is 4.6 meters high and 11 meters long. It came from the Echo Mine near Reefton. With it's blade on It weighs 115 tounes.

 

 I think It is cool because it is on the west coast and it is one of the worlds biggest bulldozers!

How The Leopard Got His Claws.

Once there was a Leopard called Leopard and he was the leader of the animals and soon it would be the rainy season so they worked for weeks until they built a hall. All animals were welcomed who helped build it so one day when the rainy season started Leopard went to a meeting with all the other tribe leaders. The dog went to a cave but the rain flooded it so he went and took the hall and attacked a deer It cried out for Leopard to help. Leopard heard the deers cry so he ran miles and when he got back he fought him and got badly wounded so the animals called the dog there leader  because of his big claws and big fangs. Leopard set off to all different places to get bronze claws and iron teeth from the blacksmith and asked thunder for some in his voice. Leopard went back to the tribe and attacked the dog and told the animals that they betrayed him so then from that day they didn't live in peace they were out for themselves.

This is a good book.

Asterix THE BRAVE

THIS BOOK IS ASTERIX THE BRAVE!

Asterix is the name of one of the main characters.

Asterixs goes of on many adventures with Obelix and Dogmatix.

First off Getafix's golden sickle brakes so he sends Asterix off with Obilex to get him a new one in Lutetia. They try to find Obelix's cousin Metallurgix but when they ask people if they have found him they run off. Later on they go to his shop where he isn't there and the golden sickles aren't there either.

They go to the forest and find an odd shaped rock where one of the bad guys are going to he goes through the secret entrance where all the golden sickles are Asterix and Obelix follow him in and fight them then go back to Lutetia and say that the bad guy is one of the top ranked romans. In the end they get a golden sickle for free for rescuing him.
