Mindfulness

This is Mindfulness in class we have been learning about mindfulness.    
It is just some things we have learnt in mindfulness.
We have been doing mindfulness for 1 term and 1 week next week is our last week of mindfulness.

     
My reflection is that I wanted to have this bigger.
